Implement innovative and transformative digitalisation projects to industry, leveraging Office 365, Google Workspace, RPA, low-code apps, Python, AI, and other relevant technologies for industry partners.
Identify process and digitalisation opportunities on supply chain and logistics processes. Facilitate the prioritization, and implement these opportunities.
Develop and deliver hands-on training and facilitate project implementation for adult learners, focusing on digital transformation technologies and streamlining of supply chain and logistics processes.
Communicate the benefits of the Centre's consultancy services to potential clients through effective communication and sales techniques.
Contribute to the COI-SCM's knowledge base by documenting project outcomes and best practices, and support outreach events through setup and demonstrations.
Mentor adult learners and students to execute projects
[What we are looking for]
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing technology solutions, with familiarity in applying digital transformation technologies (e.g., Office 365, RPA, low-code platforms, cloud platforms, Python) to automation and digitization projects.
A proactive individual with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
A self-starter who is abreast of industry trends and able to communicate the benefits of technology solutions effectively to business leaders and operations staff; adept at creating proof-of-concepts to meet industry needs.
Motivated to explore, learn, and apply new technologies related to supply chain digitization and automation, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
