The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source for new potential partnership to widen the sales pool and network of SPX collection points
- On-ground hunting for partnerships
- Reaching out to identified leads and pitching the SPX program
- Managing the full acquisition cycle - including lead generation, contract signing, and coordination of point of sale material delivery (POSM)
- To identify high-potential accounts and convert them to SPX’s long term partners
- Monitor collection points' performance by areas to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply chain, or related disciplines
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
- Prior internship or work experience in business development or sales will be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partnerships
- Willingness to travel for periodic partner visits and on-site assessments
