Main Tasks and Duties
- Responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, promoting and marketing trade finance products, and providing professional advisory services related to trade finance solutions.
- Explore existing client resources of the branch, maintain timely communication, deliver and gather market intelligence efficiently, and develop effective client engagement strategies to promote branch products.
- Proactively engage with partner branches across China to drive client development and uncover cross-border business opportunities.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, due diligence, business and industry analysis for various trade finance products, and provide professional recommendations and credit proposals.
- Perform regular post-lending management by tracking the performance of existing assets, incorporating macroeconomic and credit analyses, and preparing post-lending management reports.
- Assist department supervisors in the daily management and coordination of team members.
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Working Experience 15 years (or above) of experience in Banks.
- Good command of English and Chinese languages as this role will need frequent communication with China regulatory authorities, Singapore regulatory authorities, clients, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
