Event Management
- Organising and planning of events that engage and build inclusivity within the community
- Project management of yearly events like An Extra•Ordinary Celebration, Extra•Ordinary Creations, fundraising events etc.
- Overseeing all event logistics, operations and liaising with vendors, partners and volunteers
- Preparing of administrative programme and guest lists Preparing of all events-related communication materials
Social Media / Digital Marketing
- Driving traffic to our social media platforms and website and gaining conversions
- Creating marketing collaterals for social media
- Maintaining website, social media and e-commerce platforms
- Running and managing relevant Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube ads Generating ad campaign reports and conversion reports, updating critical numbers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis accurately
Other Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of partners, donors, and stakeholders for effective relationship management. (CRM / DM and VM)
- Conduct regular impact assessments to communicate the value of partnerships to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, or community engagement activities to strengthen relationships and promote inclusion.
- Provide support for volunteer recruitment, training, and retention efforts. Advocate for disability inclusion through public speaking engagements and collaborative initiatives with like-minded organisations.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or relevant field of study
- 1-3 years of working experience or relevant fields and industries
- Willingness to learn, to be able to render assistance and support, problem solve and execute
- Positive attitude
- Able to multi-task and coordinate well with multiple vendors and departments
