Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior operations in daily tasks and cross-department coordination.
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal policies, SOPs, and compliance manuals.
- Review KYC and due diligence for clients to ensure compliance.
- Perform compliance monitoring, regulatory checks, and draft control documents.
- Coordinate internal audits and track regulatory changes.
- Perform ad hoc operations support as necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in a relevant field; fresh graduates with strong potential welcome.
- Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and business understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
