Roles & Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans to carry out carpentry tasks accurately.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wooden and other structures and fittings according to specifications.
- Assist in the preparation and planning of project activities, including resource and material forecasting.
- Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with project timelines.
- Monitor material usage on-site, ensure proper storage, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure adherence to site safety standards and support the implementation of safety procedures.
- Coordinate closely with site supervisors, contractors, and team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain good housekeeping at the workplace and observe safe working practices.
- Provide guidance to junior workers or helpers when required.
- Support the team in meeting quality standards and project deadlines.
- Carry out other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor or management as required.
