Project Supervisor
Company Background:

Location: Central Area
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm)
Job Functions:
- Lead and organize site installation and servicing teams
- Develop and manage duty rosters and daily work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate workers on site, including transport/ferrying
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management
- Perform hands‑on rectification work when required
- Implement and maintain site safety measures
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve site issues
Job Requirements:
- At least NITEC in M&E / Facility related field with minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry
- Preferably have prior experience in supervising a team of workers
- Preferably have experience with scheduling of work and planning of duty roster
- Able to lead, plan, co-ordinate, communicate with relevant site people to execute work
- Candidates with a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly preferable (company transportation provided)
