Mechanical Lead to oversee equipment maintenance, repair strategies, and fleet performance for site operations.
You’ll serve as the go-to advisor for diagnostics, planning, and mechanical issue resolution—working closely with site teams and technicians to reduce downtime and improve system reliability.
- Oversee mechanical issues across yard and field operation
- Lead root cause analysis and repair planning
- Review major repairs, advise on cost-saving options
- Support continuous improvement & equipment upgrades
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or 15+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment repair and maintenance Proven leadership in operational environments
