Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with subcontractors and workers, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities and construction operations.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor the progress of projects and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to workers and subcontractors.
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards and resolve any issues that arise on site.
- Enforce health and safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct site meetings and liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and other parties as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain site records, including daily reports, attendance, and incident logs.
- Assist in managing site budgets and controlling costs.
