Job Description & Requirements:
1. Must have knowledge of Rebar work.
Provide and deliver the necessary tools and equipment for the various work sites.
2. Able to accept Over Time work with project needs.
3. capable to lead a team work indepantly and reporting the work status to the manager.
4. Must have experience with workers and knowledge of arranging work for workers.
5. Capable of rectifying the site issues. Able to provide materials in case of any urgency in the workplace.
6. Must Coordinate with the workers and co-drivers.
Coodinated the pickup area and timing with the co-driver’s morning and evening.
7. Able to handle and rectify the damaged tools and equipment.
8. At all times able to coordinate, support the workers at sites and office staff efficiently.
9. Must check the tools’ working condition before bringing them to work sites.
10. Must have the capacity to do the demolition work in case of a worker in shortage or when the work status is about to end as teamwork.
11. Material stores to be always maintained properly.
12. Able to reach out and handle urgent works rise at the construction site.
13. Need to work at site and handle heavy materials to load and unload to work sites with construction workers.
