Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and driven consultants to join our project team dedicated to a transformative initiative with a large public sector client. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in finance, management consulting, and service design, preferably within the defence or public sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive service blueprint and transformation strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Service Blueprint Development: Design and refine service blueprints for new and enhanced financial services, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct workshops and meetings with key client stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and secure buy-in for proposed initiatives.
- Project Delivery: Manage and deliver project components on time, within scope, and in line with established best practices. Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, documenting progress and outcomes of the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in project management or finance (e.g., PMP, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, consulting, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record in project management and service design. Experience in the defence sector or public sector consulting is highly desirable.
- Proficient in service blueprinting and process design.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Competent in using project management software and tools.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving project environments.
- Keen attention to detail with a capability to focus on the broader strategic picture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
