Job Responsibilities
- Develop department-specific eLearning content, including workbooks, video scripts, and related training materials.
- Collaborate with the training team to customize and format PowerPoint content that meets department needs and brand standards.
- Participate in the creation of the luxury service awareness campaign, contributing ideas and content to promote service excellence.
- Provide copywriting support across projects, ensuring that all content is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Education, or in a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or similar roles within hospitality or luxury industries.
Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or similar roles within hospitality or luxury industries.
- Proficiency in content creation tools, eLearning software, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience in video creation or editing is a plus.
- Be ready to work on weekends, public holidays

- Communication: Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, brand alignment, and engagement.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in content creation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards.

- Adaptability: Ability to create a variety of content types, including eLearning modules, workbooks, and presentations.
- Creativity: A creative approach to content development, with a focus on engaging and memorable training materials.
