Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation : Develop engaging and impactful content for both online and offline platforms, including corporate website, social media, and newsletters.
- Marketing Collateral : Craft compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital media to support campaigns and corporate messaging.
- Campaign Management : Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels for various stakeholders.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to align communications strategy and enhance brand visibility.
- Digital Strategy : Manage and optimize digital advertising efforts, monitor analytics, and extract insights to drive audience engagement.
- Performance Tracking : Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Events & Engagement : Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and seminars to foster stakeholder engagement.
- Corporate Publications : Manage the development of corporate publications, newsletters, and employee communications.
- Brand Management : Safeguard and strengthen the company’s brand image and reputation, ensuring alignment with corporate values and tone of voice.
- Crisis Communications : Act as the lead contact for communications during crises, ensuring consistent and clear messaging across all touchpoints.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate communications and public relations, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or logistics industry.

- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across various formats and platforms.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience in public relations agencies or communications consultancies, and existing media relationships.
