Job Responsibilities:
- Report to the CEO and be responsible for the coordination of the assigned projects and liaison with the relevant external and internal stakeholder.
- Assist CEO in the formulation of strategies, action plans and target tracking of projects.
- Track, analyse and monitor the overall performance metrics.
- Prepare and facilitate the business performance meetings
- Work with various stakeholders to ensure CDG’s group-level policies are adhered to which include functions but not limited to, Enterprise Risk Management, Sustainability, Legal and Internal Audit functions
- Prepare documents and submissions to communicate our strategy and implementation progress to CDG Group, and provide perspectives aligning to our business needs
- Support the development of budget when required
- Any other duties as determined by CEO and COO
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management or other euqivalent field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and, use it to support and drive strategic plans
- Good business acumen
- Some experience in cross-functional teams and project management, and good project management skills
- Knowledge and prior experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Personal Data Protection Act, and sustainability initiatives will be a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Able to think laterally, grasp and communicate complex strategy concepts with clarity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills, team player, dynamic and highly motivated with a forward-thinking mindset
