Our client, a Well-established and renowned firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Secretarial professional to join their esteemed organisation.
Job details:
- Assist in providing a full range of Corporate secretarial services to an assigned portfolio of companies
- Attend to statutory filing in compliance with Companies Act 1967 and other regulatory and statutory requirements to ensure compliance is well-adhered to at all times
- Ensure that due diligence and certification requirements are in place
- Liaise with statutory bodies and other third-party partners whenever necessary
- Attend and drafting of minutes of general meeting, board and board committee meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess related experience from a CPA or Professional firm
- They must come on with at least 2 to 4 years of work experience in Corporate Secretarial
- Good communication skills with the ability to converse in Mandarin
- Ability to work well as a team player
