About the Role:

We’re seeking a versatile Creative Marketing Assistant to craft visually stunning content, amplify our digital presence, and support campaigns from concept to execution. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely on weekdays when projects don’t require on-site presence—perfect for organised self-starters who value work-life balance and creative collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Branding:
- Design marketing collateral (social media graphics, email templates, event banners) that align with brand guidelines. Assist in creating digital assets for campaigns, ensuring consistency across platforms.
2. Multimedia Production:
- Film and edit photos/videos (TikTok/Reels-style content, event highlights, promotional clips). Enhance raw footage with colour grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
3. Content & Social Media:
- Develop engaging content (posts, stories, captions) for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Monitor trends, analyse engagement metrics, and propose creative optimisations.
4. Event Coverage (Occasional Weekends):
- Capture live content during events (photos, BTS footage, interviews) and assist with real-time social updates. Note: Weekend shifts are scheduled in advance and offset with weekday flexibility.
Work Flexibility:
- Remote Days: Work from home on weekdays when projects don’t require on-site presence (e.g., editing, content planning).
- On-Site Days: Attend team meetings, shoots, or events as needed (flexible notice provided). 5-Day Work Week: Standard schedule with occasional weekend events (compensated/time-off adjusted).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or tools like Canva/CapCut.
- Experience managing social media platforms and basic analytics.
- Strong visual storytelling skills—portfolio required.
- Self-motivated; able to manage remote and on-site tasks efficiently.
