- Develop, manage, and maintain discipline-specific models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards and the BEP.
- Play a key role in enforcing BIM standards, protocols, and workflows, contributing to consistency across models and disciplines.
- Collaborate closely with other design disciplines (Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Scanning) to ensure seamless model integration and accurate representation of the design intent.
- Coordinate and participate in clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud (Model Coordination), contributing to a constructible and clash-free federated model.
- Support the extraction of construction drawings, schedules, shop drawings, and 3D views from BIM models for tendering, construction, and handover.
- Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and version control of all models and drawings in the Common Data Environment (CDE), in accordance with ISO 19650 and project-specific EIRs.
- Use ACC tools (e.g., Docs, RFIs, Submittals) to manage issues, coordinate with site teams, and support digital workflows.
- Engage in model-based analysis and support advanced 4D (construction sequencing) or 5D (quantity take-off) simulations as needed.
- Where applicable, integrate laser scanning or point cloud data into models (e.g.,for as-built conditions or validation).
- Contribute to presentation-quality renders or visual outputs using tools such as Lumion,Twinmotion, or Infraworks (optional for architectural scope).
- Provide BIM-related support and knowledge-sharing within the project team; escalate issues or opportunities for process improvement to the Project BIM Lead.
- Stay current with evolving BIM practices, standards, and technologies; provide suggestions for innovation and improved delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and other trades to ensure model integration, spatial accuracy, and clash-free design.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, reviewing their BIM models and shop drawings for accuracy, compliance, and construction readiness.
- Provide feedback on subcontractor deliverables and support their alignment with the project’s BEP, modeling standards, and coordination workflows.
- Be part of a landmark data center project with high digital maturity.
- Opportunity to contribute to the regional BIM strategy for projects across Asia.
- Work within a structured BIM team under a supportive, growth-focused environment.
- Career development with opportunities to be part of the regional core BIM team for data center projects
