What You’ll Do
As a Customer Care Executive, you’ll be the friendly face and reliable support that keeps our education centres running smoothly:
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors and handle phone enquiries professionally.
- Support enrolments, class scheduling, and course-related administration.
- Maintain accurate student records and update databases promptly.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and assist with basic financial tasks.
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure an engaging and efficient classroom experience.
Who We’re Looking for
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with parents/teachers
- Proactive team player who thrives independently and excels at prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment
- Prior front-end customer service and/or education industry experience is a plus
- Able to commit to 3 weekdays and 2 weekend
Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend
Working Location: East
Salary: Up to $3,000
