- Conduct door-knocking activities based on targeted property listings to generate new leads and build strong client relationships.
- Attend onsite property visits to liaise directly with owners and gather accurate, up-to-date listing information.
- Revisit properties as needed to verify conditions, ensure accurate assessments and maintain up-to-date knowledge for client presentations.
- Capture high-quality photographs of residential properties and shared timely updates with the sales team to support marketing efforts and client engagement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with property owners through calls and updates to sustain engagement and drive conversion.
- Update and manage property listings, including pricing and availability, to support real-time sales operations.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Company and Head of Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations and effective client servicing.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- Possess a valid driving license & own vehicle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage fieldwork efficiently. Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage
