We’re searching for an Engineer/ Senior Engineer to be part of our Quality & Reliability Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to manage customer complaints through
root cause analysis and corrective actions. Your role will include creating 8D reports, engaging in continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring effective monitoring of CA/PA to maintain
quality standards.
What you will be working on:
- First response for the customer complaint.
- Responsible for coordinating with the team for arriving at Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Actions for Customer complaint.
- Drive Continuous improvement project initiative.
- Maintain customer complaint database and monitor effectiveness.
- Summarize complaints for weekly and monthly reporting.
- Conduct regular complaint trend analysis for operational reviews, management reviews, and customer meetings.
- Represent and present the complaint process during customer audits.
- Properly handle customers' needs by providing accurate and timely information on inquiries related to complaint handling.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all in and external interfaces.
More about you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant customer complaint management working experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of device physics and advance semiconductor process would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Quality systems such as 8D, LSS, FMEA and SPC.
- Good problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
