Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service & Spare Parts Officer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries via hotline and email
- Handle enquiries on product information, service schemes, and spare parts
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with internal technicians or authorized contractors
- Perform basic troubleshooting to identify issues prior to assigning repairs
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to resolve customer concerns effectively
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution to meet internal service KPIs
- Manage customer expectations and deliver service with professionalism
- Retrieve and deliver spare parts to service counters as required
- Support weekly and annual physical stock counts of spare parts inventory
- Maintain accuracy in spare part issuance, documentation, and record keeping
- Assist in back-end support for walk-in spare parts enquiries and order fulfilment
- Attend to walk-in customers for spare parts sales, repair drop-offs, collections, and redemptions
- Step in to support front counter operations during staff leave or peak hours
- Provide occasional extended hour support when required
Job Requirements:
- GCE O Level / NITEC / Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or technical support preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with customer service systems
- Able to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to perform ad-hoc duties and rotational coverage when needed
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2,500 + AWS + VB
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work, Mon to Fri, 9am - 5pm, Sat, 9am - 2pm
