Job Descriptions:
· Attend to daily walk-in customers at service centre.
· Receive watches and other products from customers, record details accurately, and create service orders in the system.
· Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate service information to customers.
· Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
· Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp within service levels.
· Processes all service job invoices timely and meticulously.
· Provide all other services support to other division within the business group.
· Collaborate closely with fellow team members and stakeholders for all work-related matters.
Requirements:
· Min GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ level with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a service centre environment
· Detail-oriented and able to handle administrative tasks with accuracy.
· Calm and professional under pressure; able to handle sensitive or upset customers.
· Pleasant personality with good interpersonal communication skills
· Mature and customer oriented.
· Team player with positive service mind-set
· Knowledge of basic MS Office applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
