Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Singapore Market)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our growing team supporting the Singapore market. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, empathetic, and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate product or service information.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved queries.
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma and above.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Additional language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using customer support systems and basic MS Office tools.

Working Hours:
Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (5-day work week, including weekends on rotation)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
