We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Associate who enjoys understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions without a hard-sell approach.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and offer tailored product or service recommendations
- Help customers navigate service options and troubleshoot common concerns
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Clear communicator with strong listening and empathy skills
- Able to explain products/services in a simple, confident manner
- Detail-oriented with good follow-up habits
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or support is a plus
