Delivery Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams and mentor junior consultants, internal stakeholders, and clients while driving internal initiatives and strategic projects
- Facilitate and lead design and business workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions and implementations
- Serve as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing planning, coordination, and execution to ensure deliverables align with timelines, scope, and expectations
- Act as an escalation point for project-related issues, resolving blockers and ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are achieved in accordance with agreed schedules and quality standards
- Understand complex technical challenges encountered by team members and provide hands-on guidance and strategic direction to resolve them effectively
Presales Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business requirements and pain points, and design tailored cybersecurity solutions that address those needs
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, sales enablement material, and delivery assets to support the broader go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with the sales team to estimate project scope and effort, assist in tender preparation, and support negotiations and alignment of technical solutions
- Engage directly with clients to support presales activities, providing solutioning expertise aligned to their business and technical requirements
- Coach and mentor account management and product management teams on cybersecurity solution selling and industry best practices
- Conduct cybersecurity requirement assessments, security architecture reviews, and provide advisory services to clients
Requirements
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are mandatory
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Security, including design, implementation, and advisory services
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise IT security solutions
- Strong domain expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions, including SIEM, incident response, and monitoring
- Assertive, confident leader with the ability to manage high-pressure situations and navigate project challenges
- Proficient in both Microsoft and UNIX platforms (Solaris, AIX, or Linux)
- Proven experience in leading teams to deliver complex projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to and adopt new technologies rapidly
