Data Engineer (Junior & Senior)
Contract Duration: 2025 – 2027
Location: Pasir Panjang
Role Overview
We are seeking Junior and Senior Data Engineers to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure that supports the detection of unauthorised privileged access. You will implement robust ETL/ELT processes, deploy machine learning models into production, and ensure high-quality, consistent, and secure data across systems.
Key Responsibilities
For All Data Engineers:
- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows
- Manage and maintain scalable data warehousing solutions
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across sources
- Collaborate with software engineers to develop data-driven features
Additional for Senior Data Engineers:
- Define and implement best practices for data and DevOps processes
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across teams
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building
Must-have:
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or Graph databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS Bedrock) and SPLUNK
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Solid foundation in algorithms, database structures, and integration strategies
- Proven ability to design scalable data solutions
Preferred:
- Experience building scalable APIs and deploying ML/AI solutions
- Knowledge of data-intensive frameworks and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, SQS)
- Exposure to graph data structures
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
