Delegate Sales Role
Clarion Events Asia is looking for a professional and personable Delegate Sales Executive to be part of the project team of 25th CEPSI (Conference of the Electric Power Supply) 2025. CEPSI is a flagship event of the largest international non-governmental organisation in the power industry, AESIEAP. Founded in 1975, members of AESIEAP comprises over 69 organisations from 18 countries and regions. This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional Business Events professional to join the largest and most influential event in the power industry in Asia Pacific.
About CEPSI 2025
Taking place in Singapore from 28 October to 1 November 2025, the 25th Conference of the Electric Power Supply Industry (CEPSI), a flagship event of the Association of the Electricity Supply Industry of East Asia and Western Pacific (AESIEAP), will bring together over 4,000 participants across the region, including heads of major energy companies, to build on strategic conversations and collaborative efforts towards energy transition.
Hosted by SP Group, CEPSI 2025 will be held in conjunction with Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) 2025. The theme for CEPSI 2025, “Empowering the Energy Transition”, encapsulates the vision of empowering stakeholders throughout the energy ecosystem to accelerate cross-border collaborations, and lead action towards a net-zero energy future. The event features a high-level conference, industry exhibition, technical paper presentations, roundtable discussions and networking events. It serves as a platform for technology exchanges and cooperation to promote industry development.
The Role
As a Delegate Sales at CEPSI 2025, you will be the “front-face” for all conference delegates. You will sell delegate tickets as part of your key KPI. This role will require an understanding of content, basic industry knowledge of the power & energy value chain and direct selling skills to acquire paying attendees to our events.

Job specifications
- To actively sell delegate tickets to attend the CEPSI conference
- To manage any enquiries prior to and after delegate ticket sales
- To act as the concierge and address any queries of online registered delegates
- To be the main point of contact onsite for paid delegate attendees
Key Requirements
- Diploma or degree qualified
- Great attitude to learning
- Previous delegate sales or customer experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in speaking with C-level executives
- Not afraid of cold calling via phone and making new connections
- Performance driven, possessing exceptional interpersonal qualities and able to work alone (self-motivate) and in a team
- Dependable – takes responsibility for own actions, keeps commitments
- Able to work with tight deadlines, manage time and balance tasks

Pay: $2,500.00 per month
