Job Description:
- Handle digital materials: download scans and upload files for fabrication.
- Operate CAD/CAM equipment (e.g. milling machines).
- Create and refine models/moulds from dental impressions.
- Fabricate, alter, and repair dental prostheses (crowns, bridges, onlays, veneers — both implant and non-implant) using conventional and digital workflows.
- Customize dental prostheses to match individual patient needs and prescriptions.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to standards before delivery.
- Manage inventory of dental materials and equipment; order supplies as needed. Maintain equipment and ensure machine performance and upkeep.
Requirements:
- Must have good computer skills.
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills for record keeping and problem-solving.
- Eager to learn and contribute to process improvements.
- Able to move around the lab as the job requires physical activity.
- Familiar with both analog and digital workflows; experience with CAD design is a plus.
