The Role – People & Culture Intern
As a People & Culture (P&C) Intern based in Singapore, you will support strategic projects and initiatives focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Commercial Organization (GCO) People & Culture team. You will work closely with the P&C Organizational Business Partner team, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and strategic programs, providing a strong foundation for a career in human resources.Key Responsibilities
P&C Support – Global Commercial Organization (based in Singapore):
Provide direct support to the P&C Organizational Business Partner team.
Assist with P&C initiatives and key projects that improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.
Coordinate and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of team deliverables.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in the design and rollout of employee engagement strategies.
Help analyze engagement feedback and propose actionable improvements to enhance morale and culture.
Strategic P&C Projects:
Contribute to high-impact projects such as the GCO Global Developing Professionals Program and other talent development initiatives.
Support data gathering and analysis to inform decision-making and measure project success.
P&C Technology & Innovation:
Assist in evaluating and implementing HR tools and platforms to support digital transformation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
Support the execution of DEI initiatives across the organization.
Help design and implement campaigns, workshops, or resources to promote inclusion and cultural awareness.
Key Qualifications
Current undergraduate student, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
Internship Requirements
Commitment: Full-time internship requiring a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Duration: 12 months, with a flexible schedule: 2–3 days per week during academic terms, 5 days per week during semester breaks.
