We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps/ProdOps Lead with
deep expertise in Web2.0 and Web3.0 technology to manage and optimize our
cutting-edge distributed infrastructure. Risk appetite for Technology is
extremely low (0 unavailability, 4h RTO, 0 RPO) for systems , initially
designed as low-volume/high amount will be transformed overtime to deal with
Retail market.
The ideal candidate will blend advanced cloud engineering
skills with robust security practices to setup and maintain the infrastructure-DEV, QA following state of the art ITSM practices. Dev/ProdOps Lead also has
responsibility over the SDLC practice, including but not limited to CI/CD
pipeline, for both the infrastructure and Digital Asset Platform with key responsibilities given as below:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud
infrastructure for Web3 applications, integrated with API banking systems
and partners’ systems.
- Design Software Development Life Cycle practice, covering code review, code
scanning, build and deployment.
- Document Branching strategy and
Environment strategy.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines tailored for
smart contract, core platform and channels deployments.
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments and
vulnerability analyses across blockchain infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols for
Web3 environments.
- Create and manage containerized micro-services
architectures using Kubernetes.
- Design and optimize cloud infrastructure with a focus
on high availability and performance,
- Support the design and implementation of the security
and cyber-security measures. Act as first line of defense holistically for
ICS Tech risks.
- Develop across the IT department a culture and mindset
proper to effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate
and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using
tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Develop ITSM practice, including but not limited to
monitoring, incident management, change management, key management, and
prepare the platform for launch.
- Support the auditing and pen-testing
processes.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Information Technology, Computer Network, Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
- At least 10 years of DevOps and ProdOps experience with Web3
background.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS).
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture and experience deploying and managing distributed systems.
- Experienced in design, develop and deploy CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Familiarity with API gateways (e.g., Kong), message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Expert-level knowledge of blockchain platforms
(Ethereum, Solana or others).
- Proficiency in container orchestration (Kubernetes,
Docker), IAM, including user permission federation- Key Management
System, Message Queuing systems, high availability architecture and
backup/archival (read-replicas, point in time recovery).
- Deep understanding of cryptography, and security
principles.
- Advanced skills in vulnerability assessment and
penetration testing
- Experience with pentesting programs - preparation,
execution, remediation- for Web, Back-End and smart contract security
auditing.
- Expertise in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) methodologies.
