Qualifications / Requirements:
- Degree in Business (Analytics), Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–7+ years’ experience in digital analytics and eCommerce data reporting; business analysis preferred.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
- Good to have: Braze, Firebase, Appsflyer, Tableau, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing tools, and other web/analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of website & mobile app UX, taxonomy design, and database management.
- 2–3+ years’ experience managing a small team, including workload and delivery oversight.
- Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and data-driven optimization focus.
