As we prepare for international expansion, we need a visionary Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to architect our digital dominance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: S$5,500/month.
- Quarterly bonuses: Up to S$4,500/quarter (S$12,000 - 18,000/year), tied to performance.
- Total potential compensation: S$78,000 - 84,000+ annually.
- Potential for future equity or long-term incentive options as the company scales.

Your Impact
Strategy & Performance
- Plan and execute pre-launch to post-launch campaigns (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
- Optimise UX, CRO, and sales performance with data-backed decisions (ROAS, GA4, Klaviyo).
- Conduct competitor analysis to refine brand positioning and creative angles .
Content & Social Mastery
- Lead content strategy for IG, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), ensuring premium storytelling.
- Collaborate with creators, freelancers, and agencies to elevate visual and tonal consistency .
- Grow our Xiaohongshu presence through UGC, KOL partnerships, and local relevancy .
Community, Influence & Launches
- Grow and manage our ambassador, affiliate, and UGC pipeline.
- Coordinate with ambassador and affiliate programs to drive organic reach.
- Host brand livestreams to engage the community, launch products, and deepen brand connection.
- Lead collaboration and gifting campaigns tailored to luxury positioning.
Brand Collaborations & Events
- Lead monthly brand events/collabs (e.g. pop-ups, partner brand collabs).
- Plan full-funnel campaigns: concept, product integration, engagement, and sales.
- Ensure all activations are aligned with luxury market standards and deliver positive ROI. Collaborate with partner brands in beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle.
Who You Are
- 3-5+ years in digital marketing, content strategy, or campaign management.
- Experience managing mid to high-end luxury or premium lifestyle brands is essential.
- Experience in beauty/lifestyle/FMCG products .
- Familiarity with influencer outreach & UGC content .
- Deep understanding of multi-channel ecommerce and launch planning.
- Proficient in Shopify, paid ads (Meta, TikTok), and marketing tools (GA4, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with a creative spirit; thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led team.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and obsessed with driving results.
- A natural storyteller who blends creativity with data-driven decision making.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment. Passionate about building brands that resonate and grow sustainably.
