Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the development and execution of our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of executives to manage EU Holidays social media content, create engaging creatives as well as designing impactful online campaigns and themes that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and oversee the production of compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and posts.
- Work with the Digital Performance team to plan, execute, and monitor online advertising campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
- Develop themed campaigns and promotional themes aligned with seasonal trends and company offerings.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Collaborate with the creative team, content writers, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and innovations to keep EU Holidays ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign development.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for design and content storytelling.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Passion for travel and the tourism industry is a plus.
