Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Digital Transformation Specialist:

Job Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects from concept to post-implementation review
Identify opportunities for digital innovation to improve internal business processes
Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules and resources, and track project progress
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure engagement and alignment
Proactively identify and manage risks or issues throughout the project lifecycle
Build and maintain small applications or scripts to automate and optimise workflows
Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and validation to ensure solution effectiveness
Maintain thorough documentation, including user guides, process flows, and project update

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders
Experience in project coordination, requirement gathering, and project tools (e.g., ASANA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Familiarity with data visualisation or analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
