About the role:
- Deputize Director, G&I Group 2 to prepare and manage projects under New Frontier (Transport, Healthcare & Aviation).
- Deputize Director, Township to prepare and manage projects under New Township (AMK and/or CCK).
- Deputize Director, G&I Group 3 to prepare and manage projects under New Corporate FM for large client account (eg. DBS).
- Deputize Director, CRE account, to prepare and manage new client group.
- Perform any related duties as required and directed.
- Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
About you:
- Strong in Leading multi-discipline teams
- Competent in developing and evaluating new business models
- Qualified in FM or relevant Build Environment fields
- Experienced in Estate Management or relevant domains
- Strong in public speaking and presentation
