We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team to build and scale our Search and Executive Coaching practice across the APAC region. This is a senior commercial role that requires both hands-on business development and high-impact delivery with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development for retained search and executive coaching mandates across APAC.
- Build and grow client relationships with senior leaders, HR teams, and boards.
- Deliver retained executive search assignments end-to-end with a focus on quality, speed, and commercial outcomes.
- Provide executive coaching to senior leaders navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, or growth mandates.
- Build, scale, and manage a high-performing practice with clear revenue targets and operational systems.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and consultants over time.
- Negotiate supplier, partnership, and vendor agreements as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
- Search Expertise: 15+ years of experience in executive recruitment, with a strong track record in selling and closing retained search assignments .
- Coaching Credibility: Proven experience coaching senior leaders on career direction, transitions, and leadership effectiveness.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to grow a practice or vertical, including budgeting, vendor management, and pipeline growth.
- Regional Breadth: Experience working across APAC markets , with the ability to tailor approaches to different cultural and business environments.
- Leadership & Development: Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing recruiting talent.
- Inhouse Trackrecord: Understands how internally organizations work and is able to influence as well as deal with potential roadblocks.
- Presence & Gravitas: Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and engage at C-suite level.
