Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $2500 + AWS + VB
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
- Location: Tai Seng
Job Scope:
- Efficiently dispatch and retrieve office documents and items to/from various locations such as banks, customers, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery
- Strategize and select optimal routes for delivery to guarantee prompt dispatch
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transportation
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and regulations for personal safety and legal compliance
- Maintain and repair the motor vehicle regularly to minimize downtime incidents
- Communicate promptly regarding any delays, accidents, or other traffic-related issues
- Contribute to other operational or office tasks when not actively involved in deliveries
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: GCE 'O' Level, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the area's roads and neighborhoods
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good sense of responsibility to complete tasks assigned and on time
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Clean driving record and adherence to safety protocols
- Must be resourceful
