Primary Details

The opportunity:

• Process insurance product paperwork promptly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Provide business processing support to the team as needed, including tasks like quote registrations and policy adjustments.
• Develop good working relationships with internal customers and intermediaries.
• Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders regarding processing queries.
• Adhere to business processing guidelines and the organisation's administration policies.

Your new role:

• Support the implementation of new work practices and processes.
• Comply with provided legislation and industry codes.
• Complete administrative duties such as client record creation and document uploading.
• Support maintenance of credit control and pending items through policy administration.

About you:

• Experience in insurance company or call centre environment
• Administration experience
   

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications include:

• Secondary school certification.
