Job Description
- Develop and produce 2D/3D design drawings models using AutoCAD / BIM / Revit software.
- Check and verify design drawings to conform with specifications and design data.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address design-related queries and provide clarifications. Participate in design review meetings and contribute insights to improve the overall design process.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all drawings, revisions, and related project files. Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Address feedback and revisions promptly to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
- Familiar with 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore in building construction industry with at least 3 years experience in 3D modelling using REVIT
