Our client is one of Singapore’s leading main contractors with over 40 years of proven expertise in building construction, they are seeking motivated, independent, and team-oriented individuals to be part of their dynamic workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural shop drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Support the Project Team by delivering accurate and timely shop drawings for construction purposes.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Department and Project Team to resolve drawing discrepancies and provide technical assistance.
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications based on client and consultant requirements, including as-built drawings for project handover. Assist with tender bids by preparing overall floor plans and sectional drawings, ensuring all drawings are completed within deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (usually 2+ years) in preparing architectural, structural, or MEP drawings for building and construction projects.
- Diploma or certificate in Drafting, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD. Strong focus on accuracy and detail to ensure drawings meet design and regulatory requirements.
Salary: Up to $3,400.
Working location: Central.
