Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily operations in the dry storage area, including the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods. Key duties include maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock rotation, and supervising a small team to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise receiving, storage, and issuing of dry goods
- Ensure accurate stock records and regular inventory checks
- Monitor product shelf life and stock rotation
- Lead and guide the dry store team
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the storage area
- Coordinate with other departments for order fulfilment
- Prepare and update stock reports
- Maintain proper use and condition of storage equipment
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level or N-Level education
- Prior experience in warehouse or store operations
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Experience with inventory systems (Epicor knowledge is an advantage)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Possession of a forklift license is preferred
