RESPONSIBILITIES
The eCommerce intern works in close collaboration with the Singapore Marketing and Commercial team, as well as the SEA regional eCommerce team, assisting to drive revenue growth across pure players and marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop, Amazon etc.).
Your main focus :
Portfolio
- Market includes: Singapore
- Division includes: Luxury brands consisting of fragrances and skincare (Chloé, Marc Jacobs, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Philosophy, Lancaster etc.)
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Support in the development of campaigns for new product launches and key consumer periods on eCommerce marketplaces to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Work with local marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising offsite and onsite, livestreams, to improve eCommerce platform’s visibility, drive traffic and increase sales.
- Actively assist with affiliate and livestream management for TikTok Shop campaigns.
- Assist in tracking, reporting and analysis of eCommerce KPIs to enhance campaign efficiency and maximize sales potential.
- Stay up-to-date on market and shopper trends, particularly ecommerce, omnichannel and digital media related, to explore and unlock new commercial opportunities.
eCommerce Operations
- Managing the day-to-day operations of platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop & Amazon in collaboration with ecommerce enabler (Synagie), including new product listings, campaign store merchandising set-up and other operations.
- Assist in Content briefing and UI optimisation of all digital channels to improve UX and drive customer conversion.
- Working with supply chain and logistic partners to ensure stock fulfilment and delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with internal functional teams, external enablers, and marketplace partners to secure resources and ensure successful operational plan execution.
- Enhance customer engagement and increase conversion rates by optimizing the user experience across all e-commerce platforms. Including ensuring faultless campaign setup and live campaigns on time.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
ESSENTIAL:
- Undergraduates who can commit for at least 5 months (Aug to Dec 2025) for a full-time internship.
- Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
- Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
- Natural curious, who likes to be hands-on to learn and develop.
- Strong interest in skincare, consumer goods and beauty products.
- Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
- Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
- Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
- Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure
DESIRABLE:
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe DAM
- Experience in using Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or any ECommerce tools is a plus
