Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients using our internal databases, media platforms, and professional networks. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with researchers and institutions.
- Clearly communicate our publishing offerings to prospective clients, providing tailored guidance to help them publish their research with us.
- Organize and categorize leads, monitor follow-up activity, and assess client needs to ensure personalized and effective engagement.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the publication process. Provide regular updates on manuscript status, editorial feedback, and key milestones.
- Support authors through all stages of submission, peer review, and publication. Address queries and ensure a smooth and positive publishing experience. Invite qualified scholars and researchers to join our journal editorial boards, enhancing journal credibility and outreach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in the publishing industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and sales targets
