We are a licensed maid agency specializing in the recruitment and placement of domestic helpers (maids) from overseas. We are currently expanding and looking for responsible and motivated individuals to join our team. No prior experience is needed—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and shortlisting domestic helper candidates from overseas.
- Coordinate interviews between employers and potential maids (via phone/video call).
- Handle documentation for work permits, visa applications, medical check-ups, and insurance.
- Communicate with overseas agents regarding candidates' progress and documentation.
- Maintain updated records of candidates and employer requirements.
- Assist walk-in clients and attend to inquiries via phone or WhatsApp.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Requirements:
- No experience required—fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
- Able to multitask, stay organized, and follow up on applications.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
