Responsibilities:
- Aggressive in learning new technologies and developing best practices for monitoring and management.
- Acquisition, configuration, testing, implementation and troubleshooting of secure network management systems to support all aspects of the day-to-day operations.
- Documentation, process, and procedures, system configuration, revision, and patch management of the NMS software and hardware
- Architect infrastructure, application monitoring and log analysis frameworks to provide deep operational visibility of our production systems.
- Devise new and innovative ways to analyze huge amounts of sampling data.
- Application of strong analytical skills to solve large-scale problems.
- Research in existing data corpus to detect new patterns.
- Assist in supporting RDU and component level monitoring in non-prod environments, playing an important part in the testing activities cross-train other teams in how best utilize the Software tools suite.
- Collaborating with IT Architecture to understand future system state.
- Working with application and system owners to clarify monitoring requirements and business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum NTC2 in Air-Conditioning or Diploma level
- Excellent knowledge in Air-Conditioning
- Minimum 5 years experience in Service Industry
- Computer literate, in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc
- Possess class 3 driving license
- Good technical knowledge
- Excellent skills in technical analysis
- The ability to use test instruments and tools intended for thermal products
