About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Solutions Service Manager to oversee our outsourcing service portfolio in accounting, payroll, and corporate compliance. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in managing outsourced client engagements, ensuring service excellence, and leading a team to deliver high-quality results. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of outsourcing clients across industries.
- Oversee accounting, payroll, and transactions outsourcing engagements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (ACRA, MOM, CPF).
- Support the Director on advisory engagement to clients on business process outsourcing, compliance and consulting
- Ensure outsourcing services are delivered in line with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Review financial statements, management accounts, payroll summaries, and statutory filings.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and government agencies on behalf of clients.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outsourcing associates and seniors.
- Review deliverables prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor workload distribution and optimise team performance.
- Work closely with market development team members for client development and CRM
- Support management in developing outsourcing strategies and expanding service offerings Support the Company’s process automation and technology-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business & Economics, or related field.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore) or in progress.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant outsourcing, accounting, or professional services experience.
- Good knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards, payroll regulations and corporate compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills. A team player with the ability to manage client engagements and meet deadlines.
