Join our regional IT team as an Enterprise Solutions Specialist, collaborating with the Global Business Center to streamline workflows and drive digital transformation. You will partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver innovative automation solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction. Work on high-impact projects across diverse business areas and gain hands-on experience with emerging technologies.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Business Engagement & Process Understanding
- Serve as a primary contact for business stakeholders, partnering to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Analyze workflows , identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into effective digital solutions.
- Provide advisory guidance and best-practice recommendations on workflow and automation design to maintain user confidence and drive adoption.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation and design walkthroughs to ensure alignment with business stakeholders.
Digital Automation & Solution Delivery
- Deliver business process automation and workflow solutions leveraging platforms such as Mendix, K2, Power Automate, Power Apps and Excel Macro (VBA).
- Build scalable, reusable, and flexible components to support evolving business requirements.
- Integrate digital solutions with SQL Server, SharePoint, ERP systems, and other applications using APIs and data connectors.
- Collaborate with users to prepare test cases, conduct UAT, and resolve issues to ensure smooth deployment.
- Lead solution rollout, including go-live preparation, training, and hyper-care support.
- Follow best practices in version control, source code management, and configuration management to ensure quality and maintainability.
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Continuity
- Provide on-site support for senior IT staff, contributing to workload balance and ensuring operational stability.
- Support core enterprise applications and ensure continuity of operations during high-demand periods or resource transitions.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and team capability building to strengthen long-term resilience.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Maintain flexibility in approach to solution design, adapting to changing business needs.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI opportunities, and bring new ideas to the team.
- Support documentation, training, and process improvement initiatives to strengthen long-term team capability.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (open to fresh graduates with strong potential).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience with programming and IT fundamentals.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following: Python, SQL, C#, SharePoint, Azure, AWS.
- Proficiency in digital workflow platforms and automation tools, such as Mendix, K2, Power Automate, Power Apps, or enterprise applications (e.g., SAP).
- Excel Macros (VBA) for workflow automation and process streamlining.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integration, and data connectors for connecting systems and applications.

- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system workflows and digital solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple project commitments and manage time effectively.
