Requirements as a Estate Supervisor for a condominium:-
- Manage daily operations, including facilities management and bookings, respond to feedback from residents, work conjointly with other vendors
- Regular site inspections to check for M&E and building faults, and arrange for rectifications
- Administrative requirements:-
- Process deposits and refunds;
- Ensure compliance of PDPA and all authorities regulations;
- Monitor and renew all mandatory requirements, including all licences and insurances;
- Request for work quotations;
- Preparation of documents for all meetings;
- Proper records and good filing system.
- Any other duties and adhoc works as assigned by superior
