Role Overview:
The Events Coordinator/Planner is responsible for supporting the planning, organisation, and execution of events from concept to completion. This role involves liaising with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, on-time delivery, and a high-quality experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and social gatherings.
- Handle event logistics such as venue booking, catering arrangements, AV setup, décor, and transportation.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Prepare event materials, name tags, agendas, and registration lists.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and seating arrangements.
- Support on-site event execution, including setup, registration, and guest assistance.
- Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Coordinate post-event evaluations, feedback collection, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate event records and databases.
- Ensure all events comply with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
