Job Description:
As the Events Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful execution of all company-driven events and initiatives. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring you to manage multiple moving parts while ensuring smooth delivery and maximum impact.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
Event Planning & Execution
- Lead the full cycle of event management, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
- Develop event proposals, timelines, and run sheets to ensure efficient coordination.
- Anticipate potential challenges and create contingency plans.
Corporate & Group Bookings
- Manage and coordinate large group reservations to ensure a smooth service flow with outlet teams.
- Liaise with clients to customize event needs (menus, set-ups, AV requirements, etc.).
Bulk Deliveries & Catering
- Oversee logistics for large-scale food and beverage deliveries.
- Work closely with operations to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
Pop-Ups & Brand Activations
- Plan and execute off-site activations and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Identify and negotiate opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact between internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Kitchen, Finance) and external partners/vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and collaborators.
Budget & Performance Management
- Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Track outcomes against KPIs (attendance, revenue, brand exposure) and prepare post-event reports.
Client & Vendor Relations
- Nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients and event partners. Source and manage vendors, ensuring quality and reliability of services.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays when events require.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite; knowledge of event tools/software (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in events, F&B, or hospitality will be preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
